Each family has a money account in TroopTrack where we will record any money owed to the troop. Parents are asked to review their profile and pay any outstanding balances.

| Adult Registration | $40 | We require one adult per family to be registered in our Troop. You will pay this fee online when you register as an adult. The registration will also require you to complete KEYS training, AHG Foundations, and Best Practice Health & Safety Quick Guide. Most training through AHG is valid for two or more years. All youth volunteers at St. Wenceslaus are required to be current on their Safe Environment certification through the Archdiocese. The Troop will reimuburse the AHG adult registration fee for adults who hold significant Troop Ministry Team positions. |
| Troop Dues | $20 - Pathfinder $30 - All other Levels | This fee is due annually (with registration paperwork by the second Troop meeting) and is paid directly to the Troop for each girl registered. |

| Badges & Sports Pins | Badges - $3.50 Sports Pins - $4.25 | Any badges and sports pins earned by the Unit during Troop meetings are paid for by the Troop. If your daughter earns a badge outside of the Unit you will be charged for the badge. This will be billed via your TroopTrack account and paid directly to the Troop. |
| Optional Patches | Varies | When your daughter participates in a activity outside the Troop meeting the organizer may decide to offer a patch for it. Sometimes, it is built into the Troop budget. When it is not, you will receive an e-mail asking if you want to purchase a patch for your daughter. The price will vary but will be communicated with that query. Examples: Multi-Troop Retreat, participating in a Veterans Day program, etc. |
*AHG has a sister cap of $105 for registration fees. Girls must register at the same time to take advantage of the cap.
Registration and AHG membership fees must be completed and submitted through AHGfamily prior to a girl attending Troop Meetings, trips, events or activities (unless attending is consistent with the girl visitor policy).
