Troop Board
The Troop Board's responsibility is to:
- Implement Troop Policy and Guidelines
- Recruit Qualified Leaders with the help of our chartering organization
- Develop and Manage the Troop Budget
- Oversee all Fund-Raising Efforts
- Handle Conflict Resolution
- Perform Administrative Duties

✔ Leads the Troop Ministry Team (TMT) ✔ Oversees general operation of the Troop ✔ Helps recruit select and train all adult leadership ✔ Facilitates TMT & Board meetings ✔ Serves as liaison between AHG Inc and the Charter Representative ✔ Is responsible for guiding the Troop towards its goals and accomplishing the mission of American Heritage Girls

Treasurer Angie Beacom (angiebeacom@gmail.com)
✔ Oversees Troop finances ✔ Helps to determine guidelines pertaining to Troop checking account, both acquiring and maintaining it ✔ Helps to create a Troop budget
Troop Shepherd Marie Stamm (marie.a.stamm@gmail.com)
✔ Cares for each AHG member and encourages them in their spiritual walk ✔ Leads prayer during meetings ✔ Facilitates and oversees the Faith Awards (Catholic Faith Awards & B.Y. Faith) ✔ Prays for the Troop ✔ Oversees planning for troop retreat

✔ Non-voting member of the board ✔ Approves all adult registration, fundraisers, Troop trips and high adventure activities ✔ Provides leadership oversight and conflict resolution if needed
Troop Ministry Team (TMT)
The Troop Ministry Team consists of 2 groups: the Troop Board and the Troop Leaders. All parents are invited to attend the monthly TMT Meetings. The Troop leaders are the unit leaders, assistant unit leaders and any other registered adult positions:

Unit Leaders plan activities for each regular Troop Meeting based on the six areas of program emphases.
Registrar: Beth Staab
The Registrar updates Troop forms annually and collects completed forms each fall (to file or distribute them appropriately). The Registrar also helps new members with the registration process.
Health & Safety Lead: Julie Manyout
The Health & Safety Lead must be First Aid and CPR certified. He or she maintains the First Aid bag, compiles a list of allergies for the Board/Unit Leaders annually, and ensures that required Health & Safety policies (forms, ratios, approvals for High Adventure, etc.) are followed. May assist in scheduling First Aid / CPR training for our Troop every other year.
Service Coordinator: Danielle Rozmus
The Service Coordinator plans and recruits volunteers (primarily via TroopTrack and/or Signup Genius) for service projects throughout the year, including National Day of Service, a Troop Service Meeting, and service for our Charter Organization (St. Wenceslaus). He or she assists in preparing HUGS Patch documentation.
Fundraising Chair: Sarah Martinec
The Fundraising Chair works with the Troop Board and TMT to plan an execute a Troop fundraiser annually. This includes setting goals, helping decide the particular fundraiser and arranging the details, writing bulletin announcements, promoting the fundraiser to the Troop, etc.

Troop Structure
Each Charter Organization owns and operates its AHG Troop. Charter Representatives are the liaison between the Troop and the Charter Organization.
